The first picture shows the new office door.  Original to the house, there was a door in the same spot, but it was short and white and solid - like other interior doors already in the house.  The previous homeowners moved the door to the left side and closed off this wall, making the wall floor-to-ceiling height.  Unfortunately they did a bad job patching up the hole and you could see the outline of a door there at all times, which is why they parked a bookcase there.  The reeded glass door I put in is reminiscent of the reeds in the wood front door and is equal in height.  It also lets new light into the living room.
